Creamy Mushroom Pasta (vegan)

I literally just made this and I want to share it with everyone. It’s super easy and customizable as well. So here we go.

You will need:

A tray of sliced mushrooms & Spinach

Onion & Garlic

Pasta and dairy free milk of your choice.

Ingredients

1 tray cremini Mushroom

1.5 cups of dairy free milk

2tbsp nutritional yeast

1 fist full of spinach

1 box of pasta

2 cloves of garlic

1 small onion or 1/2 medium onion

Salt, cayenne, paprika and garlic powder to your taste.

Put your pasta to cook according to direction on the box

While your pasta is cooking, sauté your onion and garlic in olive oil. Once translucent add the mushroom and allow to cook.

Next add your milk and nutritional yeast and mix together. When those are combined add your seasoning and stir.

Allow to cook on low for 1 minute, add your spinach.

By this point your pasta should be ready, drain your pasta and add it to the sauce and allow to simmer for a few more minutes.

The plate and enjoy!!!!
